1. Cancellation Charges
We do not levy any cancellation charges. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we keep our policies simple and customer-centric.
2. Cancellation of Orders
Personalized Orders
Once placed, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, as they are made specifically for you.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If your COD order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by sending a request to info@letsnuri.com.
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing info@letsnuri.com.
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 2–8 business days via the original payment method.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, whether they are prepaid or COD.
