While we take utmost care to ensure you receive high-quality products in perfect condition, we understand that there may be rare instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below for a smooth and transparent experience.
Eligibility Of Retrun & Exchange:
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
If your order meets the above criteria, please email us at info@letsnuri.com within 48 hours of delivery along with:
- A clear image of the damaged or incorrect product.
A complete unboxing video (from the start), showing:
- Shipping label clearly
- Order number visible on the parcel
- Unpacking of the item
- Returns or exchanges will not be processed without this unboxing video proof.
Return Process
Initiate a return request by emailing us at info@letsnuri.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Our team will review your request. Once approved, the product will be scheduled for pickup within 2–5 business days.
Ensure the product is:
Unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, labels, barcodes, and seals intact
- The product should reach our facility within 10–12 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Refund, Replacement Or Store Credit
Once the returned item passes our quality check, you can choose one of the following options:
- Replacement (if the same product is available)
- Refund
- Store Credit (for future purchases)
- Please mention your preferred option in your return request email.
For Refunds:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded via the original payment method or as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Provide your bank details for a direct transfer, or opt for store credit.
Note: Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.

Personalized Products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged condition.
